We ship worldwide. Shipping is free for all Benelux + Germany orders over €75. Shipping is free for worldwide orders over €150.
Please check your delivery location below for shipping times and costs. We offer worldwide Standard Shipping or Express Delivery (Europe, USA, Canada).
Please note shipping may take longer than stated during sale periods, Christmas and Easter holidays.
Returning an item for an exchange is free. We will refund your postage cost and send you another product or a gift card free of charge.

We offer Express Delivery within Europe and USA/Canada at an extra cost. We do not offer Express Delivery for other countries outside of Europe, USA and Canada.

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. You will get access to our returns portal after receiving your order at home. You can notify us by emailing email@example.com if you experience difficulties, and we will help you through our returns procedure. The return of the products take place at the expense and at the risk of the purchaser, but we will refund your postage cost with a flat rate. Any products should be returned to MARYLENE MADOU BVBA by courier service (e.g. DPD, DHL, UPS, etc.) or bPost for national orders, within the original packaging. Products can only be returned in their original and undamaged state, together with original appurtenances and attachments such as the original label and tags, the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Please note, we do not accept any items with any indication that it was worn or used. The label and any other tags should still be attached. In case of doubt, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
Receiving a refund
All correctly returned products will be refunded as soon as possible to the original purchaser’s credit card or other way of payment. This excludes all shipping costs and sales taxes. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days according to your banks processing time. We are unable to influence this procedure.
All prices quoted on the website will be in € EUR. Payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit/Bancontact, iDeal, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Direct Net, Sofort Banking and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account after the placement of your order by www.marylenemadou.com. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to www.marylenemadou.com, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. If you are a registered www.marylenemadou.com user, we will securely store your credit/debit card details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions, which you have initiated.
